'Except as provided in paragraphs (a)(2), (a)(3), (a)(4), (a)(5) and (g) of this section, each scaffold and scaffold component shall be capable of supporting, without failure, its own weight and at least 4 times the maximum intended load applied or transmitted to it.'

NOTE: it is the users responsibility to ensure the 'potential load applied' is within the parameters of the Aqua Anchor (See the user manual or prior to purchase see the testing graphs on this website.

Due to the nature of this product we expect it to be moved repetitively. We have no way to confirm how each customer or employee uses or treats the bladder and netting. Example: dragging the netting across a concrete paver roof will eventually wear the netting threads and cause the netting to be taken out of service. Dragging the bladder across a concrete paver will wear the TVP bladder which may create abrasions that may take it out of service.

Due to these unknown factors we do not provide a 'warranty'.

We DO provide a discounted 'replacement policy'.

In the event that the bladder or netting become damaged beyond repair the Manufacturer will replace the item at a highly discounted rate, plus shipping.

Definition or 'replacement': once the damaged item is received by the Manufacturer it will be replaced as soon as possible with a new item.

Advanced Equipment Innovations has no intent of making additional income from 'replacement' items.

A repair kit will be available for bladder repair. In the event small tears or punctures occur in the bladder the user has the ability to 'repair' the damage. See the 'repair' section in the user manual.

Shipping information: Total weight of the system is approximately 54 lbs. This includes the bladder, netting and all associated items (see spec sheet).

Shipping costs shall be borne by the party purchasing the Aqua Anchor.
